General Sales Terms of Hyphenity
- Unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon by the two parties, only bank transfer or payment through PayPal are applicable
- All invoices are payable to Hyphenity SARL.
- Payment of Membership Fees, Round Table and other events
- Memberships can be paid directly when subscribing to Hyphenity with Credit Cards through Pay Pal via www.hyphenity.com or by bank transfer
Our invoices are to be paid within 30 days from date of invoice. - Events and Round Table fees are to be paid before the events with subscription by credit cards through PayPal via www.hyphenity.com or via bank transfer.
A Confirmation mail and a receipt will follow the payment as appropriate - Cancellation policy: we will refund 100% of the subscription fee for cancellations received 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee for cancellations received 2 weeks before the meeting. After this date no cancellation is accepted. Names may be substituted at any time without charge
- Any claim relative to services must be forwarded to us by registered mail within 8 days of the reception of the invoice or it will otherwise be void
- According to the law of 92.1442 of January 31. 1992 any invoice exceeding by 8 days its payment term will bear, without previous notice, a late payment interest of 1,5% per month started plus a VAT
- An unpaid invoice within the payment term makes it mandatory to pay all due amounts whatever the payment terms agreed upon previously
- The customer, will indemnify Hyphenity for all invoice late payment recovery expenses (Lawyer’s fees, technical advice fees) that HYPHENITY should incur due to a lack of observation of the current payment terms by the customer.
- These payment terms are subject to the French law and any conflict will be resolved by the relevant court of justice of Paris (France)

Please note that any such recordings may be subject to discovery in the event of litigation.
A. Who can use Hyphenity site
You may use our products only is you can form a binding contract with Hyphenity and only is compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create a Hyphenity account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited. All post publication & editing is done at the discretion of Hyphenity. We do not guarantee that we will be able to honor requests from contributors to edit or delete posts after they are published.
B. Sharing Content from Hyphenity.com
Hyphenity collaborates closely with its writers to produce content we believe will interest readers in the field of innovation. We are happy when users want to refer to our writers’ work but we ask you to respect fair use principles. While you may copy small segments or a paragraph or two for quotation purposes, we do not allow you to replicate the article for another web site without our written permission.
